All Med Thredz products are custom-made to order.

Because each item is personalized, all sales are final, unless there is an error made by us.

We Do NOT Offer Refunds or Returns For:

• Incorrect sizing on your behalf
• Fit issues
• Color preference
• Design approval after submission
• Change of mind
• General dissatisfaction

Please review your order carefully before submitting.

If We Make a Mistake

If an error is caused by Med Thredz (printing, spelling, or production error), we will work with you to resolve it. Options may include:

• Repairing or replacing the item
• Store credit toward a future order
• Partial refund (case-by-case)

You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order with photos of the issue. Requests made after 14 days may not be honored.

Wear & Tear

Normal wear and tear is expected with regular use. If your design shows excessive fading, cracking, or peeling within 60 days of delivery, please contact us with photos for review.

Each case will be evaluated individually.
