At this time, shipping is only available for items in the I Pink I Can Collection. All other Med Thredz products are available for local pickup only.

I Pink I Can Collection

• Flat Rate Shipping: under $10.00 anywhere within the United States.
• Orders are typically processed within 3-4 Weeks before shipping.
• Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information.
• Delivery times vary depending on your location and the shipping carrier but generally range from 2–7 business days after shipment.

Local Pickup Orders

All non–I Pink I Can Collection orders are fulfilled through local pickup only.

When your order is ready, you will receive an email with pickup instructions, including the designated pickup location and any additional details.

Shipping Restrictions

Shipping is currently available only within the United States and only for products included in the I Pink I Can Collection.

If a non-shipping item is accidentally purchased with shipping selected, we will contact you to arrange local pickup or discuss available options.

Lost, Delayed, or Damaged Packages

Once your package has been handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery times are outside of our control. If your order arrives damaged or appears to be lost in transit, please contact us within 7 days of the recorded delivery date so we can assist you in resolving the issue.
